Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a VECTYR account or using the VECTYR application on the web, Android, or iOS (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are medically cleared to participate in physical exercise.
3. Not Medical Advice — Health Disclaimer
VECTYR provides fitness, training, and nutrition guidance for informational purposes only. VECTYR is not a medical service, and nothing produced by the app — including AI-generated programs, nutrition targets, meal estimates, and coaching responses — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, and stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the Service at your own risk.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone; deletion is verified by email code and permanently removes your data, including progress photos.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
VECTYR offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription. Current prices, billing periods, and any introductory trial are displayed by Stripe or your device's app store before purchase. Trials, when offered, are available only to eligible accounts. On the web, billing is processed by Stripe; on Android and iOS, billing is processed through Google Play and the Apple App Store respectively and is governed by those stores' terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Profile screen (web: Stripe billing portal; native: your store's subscription settings). Refunds for store purchases are handled by the respective store.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, abusing AI features, sending spam through team invitations, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by VECTYR and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the data you log; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VECTYR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from your training or nutrition decisions.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
